Snagging wheels are usually thicker cutting tools designed to remove big chunks of metal in the fastest possible time.

In our lab we analyze all the forces involved.  Pressure exerted in this type of grinding puts an increased emphasis on safety. Reinforcements and wheels are tested to the destruction point to maximize safety.

Bonds and abrasives are adjusted to give rapid stock removal with a minimum of wheel wear. In some cases rapid stock removal is more important than wheel wear. We balance these two elements of the job to provide you with the optimal solution to fit your needs.
