Many fabricators work in stainless or other tough to cut alloys. General purpose wheels will just not do the job. It takes a well-designed cutting wheel matched to the tool being used and the type of material being cut.

In our test lab, we duplicate field cutting situations under controlled conditions.  We match the material being cut along with the grinder being used on the job. We alter the bond, the abrasive and the reinforcement until we get a wheel that excels for the job. 

Then, we take the wheel to the field to test under actual conditions.  Only then can we do the fine-tuning to optimize the wheel’s performance to your unique needs for the job. The total package always considers safety, and if necessary, operator training to get the maximum results.
